Our sample pricing is NOT a quote. Our tour pricing depends on how many days/nights are booked and availability of accommodations at the time of booking, and add-ons, Ebike rentals, extra activities etc. We provide you with as many details as possible before booking so you are able to make decisions about your tour.

We have an excellent 'tried and true' inventory of accommodations including inns, BnB's and historical properties that set the tone for your tour. From a turn-of-the-century cottage mansion to a fastidious rural farmhouse, from well-appointed resorts to above and beyond BnB experiences.

Your bike (of course), helmet, a back rack with trunk bag, bike lock, tyre pump with tyre repair kit, water bottle. Our trunk bag is big enough for you to take your daily needs with you.
E-bike rental includes battery charger and key.

Our bike tours are priced based on double occupancy. A single supplement is an additional charge that secures a private room for solo travellers. The price varies depending on the duration of your tour. ie: 6 night 5 day tour single supplement add $1895.00 - $2195.00 CAD to the total of the tour.

The simple answer is YES.
Travel insurance that will cover undue trip cancelation or health issues is highly recommended.
Check with your credit card company.
Manulife, Allianz, Costco, Generali Travel Insurance also offer single trip insurance.

We will provide you with a detailed itinerary after we receive your 50% deposit. Prior to that, we provide you with a sample outline of your tour, then we book your tour, then your deposit, then you will receive a detailed itinerary.

Our saddles are mid firmness and provide a great stabilizer for your butt. If you want to bring your own, feel free. We also have gel seat covers and can reserve one for you if you are interested. We also have chamois cream if you need to take some with you on your tour.

Most accommodations check-in time is 3pm with check-out at 11am.

If you arrive earlier than 3pm, you can ask if your room is ready for an early check-in. If it's not ready, hit the beach or nearby cafes and shops.

Check-out is 11am to allow time for the inn keepers to get ready for their next guests. Please keep these times in mind as you organize your day.

No...BUT... there are no extreme hilly sections you need to worry about. Most of what we call 'hills' are small in comparison to the mountainous regions of the Rockies and Laurentiens.

The Confederation Trail is flat with less than a 2% grade.

We would be more than happy to rent a pair to you, but feel free to bring your own pedals. If you have Look or Shimano, best to bring your own.

Some (not all) of our accommodations will help you with any small laundry items along the way. There are coin laundry options at a few as well. If you need specifics, drop us a line and we can help.

Unless the rain is posing a safety issue we encourage you to ride. Check the forecast for PEI and pack accordingly. If you choose not to ride and require a shuttle an additional cost will be incurred depending on the location and duration of the required shuttle.

Our tours are designed according to each tour request, so we do not currently offer open tours for people to join. Our large group tours are booked by groups of people who already know each other.

If you are a solo traveler and would like someone to ride with, you could consider a guided tour, or get in touch and we can put you on a list for a possible join tour.

We use either "Find My" (iPhone), "Google Maps" (android) apps for tracking and when we meet we will connect our devices with yours.

We prefer 1 medium or 1 small suitcase per person and no more than 40lbs. A purse or small back pack can accompany your suitcase.
